The Friends of the Botanic Gardens of Adelaide (FBGA) is a non-profit organisation established in 1977,
to foster interest in the activities of the Botanic Gardens of Adelaide and raise funds for the benefit of the Gardens.
The FBGA is a volunteer organisation which supports the Botanic Gardens of South Australia, comprising Adelaide, Mt Lofty & Wittunga BGs.
FBGA always welcomes new members.
General Meetings are held four times a year, as well as 2 'Twilight Talks" with speakers on interesting Garden topics.
The Friends have contributed to the Gardens in many projects.
The Gwen Thomas Scholarship Award.is awarded.to selected Garden Staff.

Everyone is welcome to join us for our annual Spring Bird Walks in the Adelaide Botanic Garden.
